Alexandre Pato has denied reports that he wants to leave Milan by insisting that the city is his home.
The 20-year-old Brazilian striker has been linked with moves to Chelsea and Real Madrid this summer.
Interviewed in La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pato was asked about his plans for the future.
“I have never said that I want to leave. I am happy. This is my home. I have a contract until 2014. It's Milan who decide my life.
“Milan have won things for many years. I will work hard because it will happen again and soon. I want to score 20 goals, become Capocannoniere and win everything.”
He then lamented that his fitness problems let him down this season.
“I would have been able to give more, but I got injured three times. I was out for 40 days. It's a shame because I was always scoring.
“I wanted to win. I hope that it will happen next year. Meanwhile, I am happy because we will play in the Champions League.”
Finally, he had words of praise for Leonardo who left the club this week after just one season in charge.
“I learned a lot with him. He did a great job here, but his decision must be respected.”
