Dinho: I'll Stay but Show Me the Direction

RONALDINHO is looking for guarantees from Milan will stay competitive.

il Corriere dello Sport understands that Ronaldinho has agreed to stay at Milan until 2011, but before he renews, he would like to know what the club’s project is for the long future.

Milan have done very little during the last two years in the transfer market and the Brazilian wants guarantees from the Rossoneri that they will continue playing for major honours.

Silvio Berlusconi has claimed he wants to keep Ronaldinho at Milan until the two-time FIFA Player of the Year ends his career and it appears that Milan are already preparing a new contract for ‘Dinho.

If Milan manage to convince Ronie to stay, he is expected to sign a contract extension that keeps him at Milan until 2014 and reduce his wages 2 million and therefore he will earn €6m per-season.

No More Signings- We Are Done!!!

ADRIANO GALLIANI has told no new signings are expected to take place.

There were reports that Milan are still looking for reinforcements for the new season, but according to the Rossoneri CEO, Andrea Galliani, there is nothing planned regarding new arrivals.

The signings of Mario Yepes from Chievo on free transfer, Marco Amelia from Genoa on season-long loan deal and Sokratis Papastathopoulos are the only that will be made this summer, unless someone leaves, says the CEO.

“The market is closed, assuming no one departs, this is the team,” Galliani stated.

“If someone does leave, then someone will come. If a small part then a little reinforcement, if medium an average one, and if a champion leaves than a champion will arrive.

“But I think this will be our squad.”
